January 28, 2015: John Armstrong, a PhD candidate at Cornell University, was part of a team of graduate students that recently launched a report about publicly-engaged scholarship titled “Engaging Research/Engaging Cornell: Graduate students, public engagement, and the land grant mission of Cornell University.” Armstrong and his co-authors presented the report to a group of graduate students, faculty, staff, and administration. November 5, 2014: The Food Dignity project was recently featured at a University of Wyoming football game! UW has begun airing the “Scholarly Series” videos on the game board at half time, and Food Dignity was the first research project to be highlighted. You can watch the video clip here.
October 24, 2014: Feeding Laramie Valley and Blue Mountain Associates are presenting a panel/workshop at the LocalFest in Lander, WY entitled “Growing Food and Leaders Across Wyoming’s Cultural Divide.” Learn more about LocalFest at their website and on Facebook.
